1. The service

SEO AI ("the Service") is a Chrome extension and supporting backend that compares content you provide against publicly published pages you select, and reports topics covered by those pages but not by yours.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to systematically copy or republish other people's content.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or billing.
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service as your own API.
• Use the Service to process content you do not have the right to access.

The Service reads pages from your browser, using your access. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to access the pages you analyse.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• The free plan includes 10 analyses per month and 3 competitors per analysis.
• Paid plans are Starter ($9/month or $89/year), Professional ($18/month or $179/year) and Agency ($29/month or $289/year), billed in advance via Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of analyses (200, 500 and 1,000 respectively). The allowance resets every month on your subscription date, including on annual plans.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal inside the extension. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Reaching your monthly allowance blocks new analyses until the allowance resets or you upgrade. An analysis already running is always allowed to finish.
• If a payment fails, paid features remain available for a 3-day grace period while you update your card.

4. Refunds

If the Service does not work for you, email support@example.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. Annual plans are refundable pro rata within 30 days.

5. Availability and accuracy

The Service depends on third-party providers and on the accessibility of the pages you select. Some pages cannot be read — paywalls, bot protection, and JavaScript-only rendering all prevent extraction, and the Service tells you when this happens rather than guessing.

Analysis output is generated by a language model and is offered as a research aid, not as professional advice or a guarantee of search ranking. No SEO outcome is promised or implied. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to content you provide. We claim no licence over it beyond what is needed to produce your analysis, and we do not retain it after the request completes. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend accounts that breach section 2, with a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the extension's release notes and reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
