Refund Policy
In short: if SEO AI does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. No forms, no interrogation.
1. The 14-day guarantee
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full — including if you simply changed your mind.
You do not need to give a reason. We may ask what went wrong, but only so we can fix it; answering is optional and never a condition of the refund.
2. Annual plans
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day full refund. Between day 15 and day 30 we will refund the unused portion pro rata — for example, cancelling two months into an annual plan refunds ten months.
After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charges you unexpectedly — you meant to cancel, or you had stopped using it — contact us within 14 days of that renewal and we will refund it.
To avoid renewals entirely, cancel from Account → Manage billing inside the extension. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
4. What is not refundable
- Charges older than 30 days, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Accounts terminated for a breach of section 4 of our terms involving fraud or abuse.
- The free plan, which never charges anything.
We will not refuse a refund because you used the Service. Running analyses before deciding it is not for you is exactly what the guarantee is for.
5. How to request a refund
Either route works, and both reach the same place:
- Email us at srazapk3@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with. Include the date of the charge if you have it.
- Contact Paddle, our merchant of record, at paddle.net. They hold your payment record and can process the refund directly.
We reply to refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method; banks typically take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
6. Who processes the payment
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle, and any applicable tax is refunded with the payment. We never see or hold your card details.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
